Love & Horror 48 Hour Film Challenge
What's it all about?
Hate Valentine's Day? Not feeling very romantic? Like horror in general? Ever wanted to kill your partner on screen? Now's your chance! Sign up to be apart of our Love and Horror 48 Hour Film Challenge!
When: 6pm EST on Friday, February 11th - 6pm EST on Sunday, February 13th.
Films will be posted to our YouTube channel on Valentine's Day, February 14th.
How many people can we have on a team?: You can have as little one ONE team member to TEN!
What's in it for me?: One winner will receive a FREE download of Final Draft's Screenwriting Software, a $50 gift card for B&H Electronics and Camera Store, and a free submission code to our yearly festival!
How does this work?: At 5:50pm EST on the 11th, we will send out an e-mail to all of our teams including TWO props and ONE line of text that must be included in each film!
How long do the films need to be?: Each film needs to be between 7-10 minutes in length.
Can we do musicals? Sure! Can we incorporate dance? Sure! Can we use fake knives and blood and guts? Please do!
How do we register?: Below you'll find a submission form where you input your name, email, and team name! Then you'll send over the $20 registration fee via Venmo or PayPal. Venmo and PayPal information can be found below! You'll be considered officially registered once we confirm payment.
